Talent Acquisition Manager
Key responsibilities
• Provide excellence in the end-to-end resourcing and recruitment process including advertising,
pre-screening, and making offers.
• Partner with the business to understand immediate and future recruitment requirements
• Problem-solve in an ever-changing market to provide valuable feedback into stakeholders and
the wider business
• Track and measure performance and ensure an efficient recruitment process is happening
• Ensure we are sharing our roles and career stories across all social media platforms, linking in
with Marketing. What are we looking for?
• Proven In-House talent/recruitment/resourcing experience essential
• Effective sourcing understanding and capability; experience of fully utilising ATS system(s),
proven track record in utilising creative and effective ways to source and engage the calibre of
candidates we wish to attract directly
• Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques
• Confidence, organisation and interpersonal skills to be able to engage active candidates and
approach passive candidates
• Strong influencing facilitation and coaching skills with exceptional stakeholder management •
Customer focus ethos
• Team player with collaborative approach
• Resilient with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Continuous improvement mind-set
• Highly organised with effective time management
Experience
• Previous Talent Acquisition/In-house generalist recruitment delivery (end-to-end) experience
desirable.
• Experience of direct sourcing with different talent attraction and sourcing-desirable
• Have a deep knowledgeable of the local and wider recruitment marketplace within the UK and
Ireland
• Data and insights driven
• Experience of building out talent pools
• A value driven approach that fosters inclusion, equity and belonging.
• Experience of using CRM, we use CMAP
• Use social media in your recruitment approach
• Strive for innovation, seek new ways to improve talent attraction and recruitment practises
