The project consisted of the Category B Fit-Out in a newly constructed building over eight floors, extending over 10,000 square meters. The project included the construction of a catering area and the installation of suspended ceilings, raised access floors, partition walls, a café, canteens, and all associated M&E services. Additionally, joinery finishes, furniture, signage, painting, and decorating finishes were also included in the project.
