The project included remodelling and refurbishing the existing Freeman House Building in Eastpoint. The fit-out was over three floors with a total area of 3,615m2 and involved a strip out of any end-of-life plant and equipment, upgrade to the existing layout, installation of fire stopping, and repair or replacement of fire doors. Installation of M&E services, furniture, and workstations was required.
