How do we do this?
Preparation of the Construction Stage Safety & Health Plan.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project by ensuring suitable and sufficient risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work are in place for all activities.
Ensure safe work practices are being out on site by way of regular engagement and health and safety inspections specific to the project risks.
Ensure statutory forms for weekly inspection and thorough examination are completed.
Completing checks on all contractors and personnel to ensure competent contractors and staff are carrying out the activities on site.
Carryout and incident or accident investigations if required.
Ashview Consultants will ensure that all contractors are cooperating on-site and ensure that information is being provided between all, with regards to the project. Where accidents or incidents occur, Ashview will provide assistance in the coordination of reporting, in particular, if the HSA is needing to be notified. As PSCS, all aspects of this role will be dealt with using the vast company knowledge, in particular the important topic of ensuring the safety file information is prepared for the PSDP and handed over at the end of the project.
