Ashview Consultants provided health and safety consultancy at both the design and construction stages of the Blackrock Shopping Center refurbishment. This challenging development consisted the renovation of the centre including a complete upgrade of the common areas, realignment of the malls and the installation of a contemporary, predominantly glazed covering forming an atrium to the formally open courtyard and upgrading of Mechanical & Electrical systems. A new façade and entrance off Frascati Road transform the centre’s exterior while car parking facilities were also be upgraded. The revamped centre will extends to 6,176sq m of retail space. The works were completed while maintaining public access throughout.
