Ashview Consultants were involved in the preconstruction and construction stage Health & Safety of the development. Preconstruction involved panning heavy structural works to take place in a busy retail environment which consisted of structural alterations to existing building elements and the coordination of the temporary works. The construction period included the creation of new lobbies and refurbishment of the façade, including the removal of existing escalators within the building.
