Ashview Consultants provided PSDP services to this project which saw the redevelopment of the former Tivoli Theatre. The 5-story aparthotel is constructed around a central landscaped plaza. The aparthotel includes 242no serviced apartments in a mix of studios and one bed units. The development also includes retail, a restaurant and exhibition facility.
