Ashview Consultants were involved in the preconstruction and construction stage Health & Safety of the development. The Loom Student Accommodation is located in the heart of the Liberties in Dublin. This development included demolition of existing industrial units and associated works and the development of a 166 bed student accommodation on a confined site. This six story building includes a gym, cinema room and roof top terraces.
